What we process
When you run a scan we process the photos you upload, the AI assessment derived from them (graft range, density, confidence, recommendation), your chosen language, and — only if you submit the consultation form — the contact details you enter.
Photos
Photos are sent to AI providers for analysis and for rendering the simulated 'after' image. They are not saved to a profile and are not attached to consultation requests. If you choose to create a share link, the before/after images for that specific result are stored in private storage and served only through temporary signed links.
Consultation requests
If you submit the consultation form, we store your name, phone, email, area, preferred contact time, notes and the summary of your assessment so a partner clinic can call you back. This data is not readable from the browser and is accessible only to authorised staff.
AI providers
Analysis and image generation are performed by third-party AI models. Images and prompts are transmitted to those providers solely to produce your result.
Analytics
We record anonymous funnel events (simulator opened, photo uploaded, scan started, results reached, link shared, lead submitted) to measure conversion. These events contain no photos and no personal details.
Your choices
You can use the simulator without submitting any contact details. To have a consultation request or a share link deleted, contact us and we will remove it.
